This is a temporally offer, for $77.00 a month you can take as many “Fiesta” classes as you want plus other classes such as Pilates, Noon time Belly Dance, Zumba, Salsa 1 beginners, Zumba Gold, Mommy and me Dance Discovery, Zumba Toning and ZumbAtomic (Zumba for Kid)… not just that, but you can also bring 2 visitors a month for only $5. This program method of payment is by automatic withdraw only from your credit card or debit card.

Class Descriptions

 

  • Ballet 1: Introduction and fundamentals of Ballet; we will focus on grace, flexibility, and core strength while learning the basics of Ballet both on the bar and with centre work.
  • Ballet 2: Continuation of Ballet fundamentals; we will continue to work on grace, flexibility and core strength while working through our ballet bar and centre work. Ballet is the root of all dance forms and can even transfer skills into real-life by providing focus, dedication, coordination and more.
  • BalletFlex: This class is designed to work on flexibility, core strength and coordination. Lengthen your muscles with this ballet-based fitness companion. We will combine stretching, ballet combinations and Pilates to create a class that will help you in all aspects of your life and of course your work-outs.
  • Belly Dance: This traditional Middle Eastern dance is fun class is a fabulous foundation for Fusion Belly Dance
  • Burlesque for Divas: Is a style of variety entertainment, typically including music, dance, comedy, and short theatrical pieces. This class is designed to strengthen and tone
  • Cardio Strip: Sexy, high-energy aerobic workout that uses striptease dance moves with abs work and a dancer's stretch
  • Dance Kickboxing: Is Fusion of dance, boxing, and martial arts – Great! workout
  • Do you want to dance?: Have you watched So you think you can dance? Students will have an opportunity to learn a short choreography and explore different styles of dance including hip-hop, contemporary/modern, salsa, Broadway, waltz and more!
  • Floor Pilates: teaches awareness of spinal alignment with deep core muscle recruitment which is essential for care and prevention of back pain, the rehabilitation of many musculoskeletal problems, and improvement of athletic and physical performance.
  • Fusion Dance: combines the movements of traditional and tribal belly dance with the pops and locks of hip hop to create this exciting dance style.
  • Mommy & Me dance discovery: Bond with your child while discovering music and dance; to fun and open environment
  • Salsa / Latin Dance: You don’t need to have any experience on dance to learn Salsa, no partner is necessary. We rotate to make it a social experience and a lot of fun. (Salsa 1 beginners, & Salsa 2 advance)
  • Story Dances: Bring stories to life through dance. Through this course, your child will explore movement and dance while bringing stories to life.
  • Tony Dance Fiesta: Is a Non-choreographed dance program, good for your mind as well as for your body… if you hate to workout but love to dance try “Fiesta”
  • Zumba Fitness:  is a choreographed fitness program that combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout system.
  • Zumba Gold: Ideal for those who need modification due to injury, for baby boomers, for people with aweigh problem.
  • Zumba Toning: Raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy
  • ZumbAtomic: is a fun and healthy program designed just for kids using the Zumba concept.
